Summer BBQ and Group AGM
Last chance to get those sort after tickets, just like the Olympics!
Parents the AGM is your chance to have your say of the way the Group is run, and to socialise with the Leaders who organise meetings,etc for your young persons. Come and join the fun
A Big thank you to all those that pointed out that I failed to give a date!!!
So here it is: Saturday 16th July 2011.
BBQ: to Start at 5PM and to End at 10PM.
Cost will be £5.00 per adult, £3.00 for under 13 and free for under 5's.
There will be a bar, reasonably priced helping to raise funds for the Group, (please drink sensibly) Hic!
Watch out for the flyers, people wishing to attend will need to buy tickets, as they are limited get in quick!
Leaders and Helpers can you please tick the attendee button as we need to make a rota of people willing to assist behind the Bar and help flip those burgers.
AGM
We intend to get this over and done with as quickly as possible, please remember Section Leaders that we you to give a report on the last year activities. If you do not want to read them out then please send a written report to Lynn Stringer ASAP and I will do so.
